Proposal of Methodology of Monitoring of Employees

My thesis will serve as a monitoring tool for the management of an educational division in company BooK s.r.o.. This monitoring will consist in setting up a new form of monitoring feedback mechanism with help of a made-to-measure web application created by me. The feedback check will reflect the customer’s satisfaction with services provided by this company as well as the evaluation of employees concerned. Creation of this new form of feedback was requested directly by the company management of BooK s.r.o. and the implementation and using itself will bring benefits the company primarily in automatization of the monitoring process and time factor. At the same time this application will serve as a tool for evaluation of satisfaction of the customers whose opinions are crucial for the company’s success and improvement of the standard of the provided services which will result in increasing the company’s competitiveness.
Philosophy of improving of quality in marketing

The topic of this diploma thesis is „Philosophy of improving quality in marketing“. The aim of the thesis is new concept of customer’s satifaction evaluation in the company Pekárny a cukrárny Náchod, a.s, analyse of actual situation of customer’s satifaction evaluation in the company, suggestions for it’s improvement and creation of new questionary for monitoring customer’s satifaction in the company.
MARKETING RESEARCH OF SELECTED COMPANY

The theme of my bachalar thesis was Marketing research of the Consumers of a selected company. The firm was the manufacturing corporation HBSW Inc. Byňov. The aim of the thesis was the exploration how the consumers act on purchase of bottled water, and the comparison of the consumption of bottled water in the summer time and in the winter time. I solved the questions e.g. what influences the end user (for example: price, flavour, advertising, packaging) and farther structure of the end user (for example: age, employment, sex or educatio). I studied the professional books and the digest of these books is in the second part of my work. The questionary had twenty-one questions. Sixteen questions appertained to the shopping behavior and consumer behavior, five questions appertained to the consumer. I used the questions with an opened end and the questions with a closed end. The obtained information was processed in the computer programme Microsoft Excel. I ascertained what new flavours would the consumers like, which flavours are the most popular, how to change the consumption of the packaged water depending on the season. All is described in the fifth part this thesis. After the data evaluation and data presentation I suggested the solution for the selected company.
Research of sports center KK - aerobik service quality

Title: Research of sports center KK - aerobik service quality. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is a marketing research of quality of service provi-ded by the fitness center KK - aerobik in Prague 4 Modřany. After evalua- ting the empirical data obtained marketing research, using Brady's model define problem areas and suggest measures to improve the quality and in-crease customer satisfaction with the offered services. Methods: In this thesis the method of quantitative interviews with Brady's model in modification for fitness was used. Evaluated data were organized in excel sheets. Based on these data graphs have been processed of which the re-sults are clearly visible. Results: After evaluating all of the data and their comparison we identified several remedial measures that should contribute to improving the quality of ser-vices provided by the researched subject. Improving the quality will con-tribute to higher client satisfaction and thus to increase the traffic and thus to higher satisfaction of the management. This thesis concerns methods of research, user's satisfaction and methods and tools for measuring quality and performance in the libraries of the Czech Republic and the Nordic countries, especially the library institutions of Norway, Sweden and Finland. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts related to research in general. Furthermore, the thesis clarifies specific tools and methods for measuring the quality and performance in an environment of the Czech and Nordic libraries and it also comments on the research methods of the user's satisfaction in the libraries of the Czech Republic. The practical part is composed of an exploration in the Czech libraries by using different kinds of research methods.
Internal motivation of adolscents in sport

Title: Internal motivation of adolescents in sport Objectives: Check to compare emotionally and motivational processes in adolescents using questionnaires. Focus on boys and girl agend 16-18 years, specifically for secondary school students with sports and non-sports focus. Statistically processed and then Compaq the measured data, between the sexes and between schools. Then sorts the results in clear graphs and images. Methods: Students'responses analyzed using questionnaires. School choice was made in secondary schools in Liberec and Prague. Results: Internal motivation does not affect the propensity to exercise. Measuring of customers satisfaction in Celebrity boxing place

Topic: The evaluation of customer satisfaction at CELEBRITY BOXING PLACE. Objectives: The main goal for this thesis is to define the current client base with a high emphasis on finding overall weak points in customer satisfaction concerning offered services of Celebrity boxing place in order to find new ways of possible improvements and increasing the client base in the future. Methods: The first method used is paper questionare that was given to current clients visiting Celebrity boxing place on a regular basis. This method is followed by sending evaluation emails to former clients. The analysis of those results will be the key factor for forming a variety of recomendations for CELEBRITY BOXING PLACE in the future. Results: The current base of loyal clients proved to be large and still growing due to high quality of offered training sessions, profesional attitude towards clients and friendly atmosphere.
